Lami strips are used during step 1 and step 2. They will help you to apply your solution in a perfect straight line. This keeps things neat and also helps avoid solution getting too close to the tips and over processing them.
They are super important when using round shields and rods. We don’t want to apply solution too far up the lash and have them curl so much they tickle the eye lids.
They can also be used as a compensator, close to the lash line during step two to avoid root tension and loose lashes.
